Caroline has been involved in many aspects of the salmon aquaculture industry in New Brunswick and Maine since 1992, and was employed by several major salmon farming companies prior to joining the NBSGA. She has a BSc from Dalhousie University.

BIO: After receiving a B.Sc.(Agr) from University of Guelph, Kathy got started in aquaculture at the Atlantic Salmon Federation. She has spent her aquaculture career back and forth between the lab and field. As a Fish Health Biologist with the New Brunswick Department of Agriculture and Aquaculture, she presently does fish health surveillance at cage sites on a regular basis, taking samples of fish to be tested in the lab.

Kathy started working for the NB DAA in 1988, but took a break for 3 ½ years, 2 of which spent living and working in Brazil. She returned to NB DAA in 1992. We are thrilled to have her working with us on the AquaFair Committee.
